Proof-of-Alpha Circuit
Capital allocators need verified performance; quants need execution privacy. The circuit resolves that tension: it proves a strategy's risk-adjusted returns clear a public threshold while keeping the underlying book entirely private.
What the proof attests (public):
- Sharpe ratio meets or exceeds the declared minimum
- Aggregate PnL and closed-trade count are consistent with the witness
- The scorecard is bound to a single commitment—no cherry-picking windows after the fact
What never leaves the machine:
- Individual trade entries, exits, and sizing
- Asset names, venue identifiers, or wallet linkage
- Proprietary execution logic or signal parameters
Proofs are generated locally and submitted as compact artifacts. Allocators verify the scorecard; they never see the blueprint.
